1. Who we are (e-handelsloven)
The trader is Enterfield, a Sole proprietorship registered in Denmark. Owner: Stefan Alin Maestro (personally liable). Address: Stevnshøjvej 4A, 5800 Nyborg, Denmark. Telephone: +45 50 12 88 47. Email: hello@enterfield.dk. CVR / VAT number: 41 20 40 79. Industry: Computerprogrammering (branchekode 62.10.00).
Field is the product. Enterfield is VAT-registered. Consumer prices include 25% Danish VAT (moms). Invoices show the net amount, 25% moms, and the total.
2. How we sell — and what is free
The Ember Field on this site is a free prototype. You may use it as-is, locally on your device, without an account or a paid agreement.
Aurora and Solstice are offered as paid Fields. A “request access” is an enquiry, not an order. No consumer contract is formed and no payment is taken until Enterfield accepts in writing and you pay against an invoice sent to you from faktura@enterfield.dk, or another confirmed method. Prices on the pricing page are indicative until that confirmation.
3. When a paid Field is accepted
The following applies to consumers in Denmark and the EU/EEA once a paid agreement exists:
- Prices on the pricing page include 25% Danish VAT (markedsføringsloven / prisskiltningsregler).
- Before you pay, we will state the total price, the billing period, and how to cancel, next to the order button (forbrugeraftaleloven § 12).
- 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is concluded (forbrugeraftaleloven). Notify us by telephone at +45 50 12 88 47 or in writing to the address in section 1. You need not give a reason. We refund within 14 days of notice, to the same means of payment.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium: if you ask us to start the Field during the 14 days, we will obtain your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right once performance begins (§ 18(2)(13)).
- Ongoing digital services may be cancelled under forbrugeraftaleloven § 28; we will not lock you into an unlawful non-cancellable term.
- Digital content must conform to the contract (købeloven §§ 75 a ff.). We provide updates necessary to keep the Field in conformity.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, or use it to infringe others’ rights. We may suspend access that harms the studio or other visitors.
5. Intellectual property
The Enterfield name, the orbital mark, the Field experience, and the site’s text and design are owned by Enterfield. You may not copy them as a product. Your own seeds in the local Field remain yours.
6. Liability
The free Ember prototype is provided as-is. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived. For paid Fields, Danish consumer protection and the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or acts of intent or gross negligence. As a sole proprietorship, the owner is personally liable for the business’s obligations.
7. Complaints
Call +45 50 12 88 47, write to hello@enterfield.dk, or write to the address in section 1 first. Consumers may bring a dispute to Forbrugerklagenævnet (Nævnenes Hus) via https://www.forbrug.dk, subject to their thresholds, and may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Law and venue
Danish law applies. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the country of their habitual residence. Venue for non-consumer disputes: the courts of the company’s registered office in Nyborg, Denmark.
